When Dervise represents her clients, she doesn’t just bring knowledge, experience and expertise, she brings passion. This is fuelled by her steadfast belief that everyone deserves a fair trial and that the fight for justice isn’t always easy.

Dervise specialises in Criminal Defence work, including Firearms, Serious Assaults and Sexual Offences.  She has a particular interest in Graffiti-related prosecutions, as well as police stop-and-search powers.

Dervise has been a qualified Solicitor since 2006. She officially joined the Boothroyds team in 2004 as a trainee, and has worked her way to becoming a Director of the firm.
